Bio: In 2009 I started running to lose weight, I had lost 175 lbs and started doing Ironman Triathlons. I have completed 8 Ironman events, and 30 Marathons and am currently on a 25-month streak of running a half marathon every month.
My favorite part of running is being able to pace because it allows me to help and encourage others. There is nothing like a sweaty hug at the finish line from an athlete you helped meet their goal that morning.
