Steady Improvement in Pace Over Time Rebecca Frazier exhibited a commendable performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K event, finishing with an impressive elapsed time of 1:40:38. She effectively paced herself, improving her speed with each mile. Notably, her pace ranged from 17:39 min/mile during the first mile to a quicker 15:18 min/mile by the sixth mile. This consistent improvement highlights her capability to adapt and manage her efforts throughout the race. In comparison to her previous Half Marathon during the 2024 Mesa Marathon, Rebecca's pacing has noticeably improved. Her overall pace in the 10K was 16:13 min/mile, showing a reduction in elapsed pace from the previous 16:41 min/mile in the half marathon. As part of team SRTT, her resilience and strategic pacing helped her secure the 87th position in her age division among 2107 total participants, underlining her dedication and progression as a runner.
