Steady Pace with Improved Performance Rosalba displayed a consistent and commendable performance in the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon. Finishing with an overall time of 2:51:47, she maintained an average pace of 13:06 min/mile. Notably, there was a positive transition from her previous race, showing an improvement from her 2024 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon, where she clocked a time of 3:00:45 at a pace of 13:47 min/mile. Examining her splits, Rosalba demonstrated a gradual improvement in pace from the initial 14:12 min/mile to a faster split of 12:33 min/mile in the final mile. Her best pace occurred between miles 5 and 6, showcasing her ability to increase speed mid-race. Her placement in the F50-54 division saw her finishing 139th out of a total 3859 participants, with a notable advancement in consistency over the race distance compared to her previous performances. Showing consistency through a stronger back half of the race can be a future focus for even better results.
