Improved Consistency with a Strong Finish in 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K Joseph Glenn demonstrated improved mid-race consistency in the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K. Significant was his impressive consistency through the 2nd to the 5th mile, where his pace ranged between 7:29 and 7:41 min/mile. This marks a notable improvement over the 2024 Marathon performance where his pace fluctuated more. His final mile showed a strong finish with a 6:10 min/mile pace, highlighting excellent energy management. Joseph completed the race in 45:14 with a 7:17 min/mile pace, earning 4th place in his division. This pace shows a better consistency than last year's race while being slightly slower than his personal best in 2023. To fine-tune his approach, working on maintaining the start pacing strategy from last year while maintaining the strong finishing kick could see a reduction in overall time, bringing him closer to his 2023 performance level.
