Consistent Effort Yields Division Success Tracey Hage exhibited a steady performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon with a finishing time of 3:55:31 and an overall pace of 8:59 min/mile. While the pacing varied slightly between 8:32 and 11:06 min/mile over the 26.2 miles, her ability to maintain an average pace under 9:00 min/mile was commendable. Notably, her strongest performance occurred during the final stretch, clocking a 9:00 min/mile pace in the last few miles, showcasing resilience and endurance. She finished 13th in the F55-59 division out of numerous participants. In analyzing split times, Tracy started strongly with a pace of 8:42 min/mile for the first two miles. Although there was a momentary slow down, particularly at mile 5 with a split pace of 11:06 min/mile, Tracy rapidly regained momentum. Her final two miles were exceptional, with strong placements in her division, highlighting a competitive edge in the later stages. Continuing to refine pace consistency can further enhance her performance.
