Steady Performance with Opportunities to Improve Mid-Race Pacing Liz Durham maintained a consistent pace throughout the 2025 Mesa Marathon, completing the half marathon with an elapsed time of 3:40:43 and an overall pace of 16:50 min/mile. Her splits showed some fluctuation in pace, with her fastest mile being the second split at 15:27 min/mile, and her pace slightly slowing to 17:35 min/mile by the seventh mile. Despite these fluctuations, Liz finished strong with her pace improving again towards the end of the race. Liz's placement metrics indicate room for further progress, placing 1819th in the female category and 231st in her age division out of a total of 3859 participants. Her consistent placement within the age division suggests a steady performance across the board. Focusing on maintaining a more uniform pace could enhance her future race performances.
