Consistent Effort with Strong Splits Sandra Levesque from Bella Collina, FL, delivered a solid performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon half marathon, completing the 13.1-mile course in 2:29:31. Her overall pace was consistent at 11:24 min/mile. Notably, she improved her placement in the F55-59 age division from 56th at the first mile to a resilient 58th by the race's finish, indicating steady competition. Sandra displayed a commendable effort with noticeable consistency across her splits. Her fastest split pace was recorded between miles 2 and 3 at 10:45 min/mile. Although experiencing a slight slowdown around the middle of the race, she maintained her focus and finished with a strong split of 11:02 min/mile for the final mile. Continuing to work on maintaining her early momentum through the middle stages could enhance her future performances. With her dedication, continuous improvement is certainly on the horizon.
