Consistent Improvement and Remarkable Finish Carrie's performance in the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon showcased her progress, completing the race with an elapsed time of 1:44:15 and an average pace of 7:57 min/mile. Notably, she secured the 12th place in her division (F50-54), improving from her past ranking of 15th in the 2023 Mesa Marathon. Among the 3859 total participants, she was 674th overall and 249th among female participants. Her split times revealed maintaining strong pace throughout, with a particularly notable last-mile split pace of 6:58 min/mile. This was a significant acceleration from the earlier miles, showing her capability to sustain and even increase her speed towards the end.
