Consistent Performance with Strategic Pacing Carrie OGrady maintained a steady performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon with an overall time of 2:20:11, resulting in an average pace of 10:42 min/mile. Notably, her third and sixth mile splits stood out with improved paces of 9:30 and 9:51 respectively, suggesting potential for targeted enhancements in her pacing strategy during earlier and mid-race sections. While her overall placement was 2236th, Carrie's focused performance once again showcased consistency in the F35-39 division, securing 169th among her peers. Her progression from the outset was strong, as demonstrated by her first mile split of 10:38, and incremental pace improvements in early and mid-race miles.
