Consistent Splits and Strong Finish Lupita's performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K highlighted a steady pace and determination. Starting with a 10:08 min/mile at the first mile, she adjusted her pace significantly by the second mile to 9:12 min/mile and maintained a consistent pace throughout the race. The slight fluctuation between a 9:11 and a 10:01 pace in her last four miles shows adaptability and endurance. Her fastest mile was mile six, clocking in at 8:47 min/mile. Overall, Lupita completed the race in 59:03, averaging a consistent 9:31 min/mile pace. Notably, she secured 8th place in the F60-64 division out of a total of 2,107 participants, displaying strong performance within her category. Comparing her previous performances, she continues to showcase resilience and improvement in her pacing tactics.
