Consistent Performance with Positive Pacing Gains Stephanie maintained an overall pace of 11:24 min/mile in the 2025 Mesa Marathon half marathon event. Her strongest pacing occurred between miles 2 and 3, with a split pace drop to 9:43 min/mile. Such a decrease is notable considering it represents her swiftest speed within the race. Stephanie finished with an official time of 2:29:24, marking her place in the top third within her division, F40-44, with a position of 175th out of 3859 participants. While she faced some slowing in the latter stages, with her 11th mile marking the slowest at 12:53 min/mile, Stephanie showed resilience by rebounding to a pace of 11:39 min/mile in the final stretch. Continue to focus on maintaining that early rhythm and looking for ways to conservatively push through in later miles. Overall, her performance shows promise for achieving personal bests in future races.
