Consistent Mid-Race Performance with Slight Start Decline Scott M. Bromley participated in the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon, finishing with a time of 1:49:15 at an average pace of 8:20 min/mile. His performance showed consistency in splits, notably at the 2-mile mark with a pace of 7:49 min/mile—the fastest segment. However, the first mile was paced at 8:45 min/mile, indicating a more conservative start. The 10-mile mark saw an 8:50 min/mile pace, suggesting a possible area to focus on maintaining speed evenly. Throughout the race, Scott maintained a solid position within his division, averaging around 37th place in the M50-54 category.
