Consistent Effort with Strategic Gains Throughout the 2025 Mesa Marathon, Cheryl Stromski demonstrated a steady pace, completing the half marathon in 3:31:22, with an overall pace of 16:08 min/mile. Cheryl's performance saw several moments of improvement, most notably from the first mile with a 13:19 min/mile pace. Such moments of acceleration were evident during the second mile split where she achieved her fastest pace of 13:04 min/mile. Subsequently, there were some variations, reaching a maximum split pace of 21:54 min/mile at mile 9. Noteworthy is Cheryl's strong position in the F65-69 division, where she placed 44th. She had a promising start, ranking 18th in her division during the first mile. Later splits suggest a potential focus area could be maintaining the early momentum. Participating as a member of the 50 States Half Marathon Club, Cheryl displayed commendable dedication and resilience in her event performance.
