Pacing Precision Leads to Improved Finish Pawan Noel delivered a noteworthy performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon, clocking an overall time of 3:20:11, with an average pace of 7:38 min/mile. Working with the Sole Sports team, Pawan advanced his race strategy while maintaining a steady initial pace, clocking the first mile at 7:09 and keeping the average speed below the 8-minute mark for most of the course. A standout moment occurred between miles 20 and 21, as Pawan recorded a swift 6:57 min/mile split. Notably, there was a slight decline in the latter miles, where the pace rose above 8 minutes for three consecutive miles. Analyzing the progression over his last four participations in the Mesa Marathon, Pawan's effort this year showed a significant improvement, comparing favorably to his times from 2022, 2023, and 2024.
