Consistent Pacing Leads to Strong Race Completion Alysha Mahunik completed the 2025 Mesa Marathon with an elapsed time of 4:00:17, maintaining an average pace of 9:10 min/mile. Observing her splits, a notable performance can be seen from mile 3, where she hit a quick pace of 9:01 min/mile, dropping significantly from the initial mile pace of 17:38 min/mile. She consistently maintained paces under 9 min/mile between miles 4 and 18, demonstrating a strong mid-race rhythm. Her fastest split appears at mile 26 with an impressive 8:00 min/mile pace. Ending the marathon 1,551st overall, Alysha achieved 481st in her gender and 98th in her division. Notably, her steady pace throughout the race shows her endurance and ability to tackle long distances.
