Impressive Time Improvement Noted! Lily Cowart demonstrated a significant improvement in her race performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon. She completed the half marathon with a final time of 2:02:37, improving her pace to 9:21 min/mile, a noteworthy enhancement compared to her previous race pace of 10:14 min/mile. Her progression throughout the race was commendable as she consistently reduced her split times. Notably, she recorded her fastest split on the 13th mile with a pace of 7:54 min/mile. Her placement improved as well, finishing 23rd in the F15-18 division. Starting with a pace of 10:33 min/mile in the first mile, she strategically increased her pace each mile and finished strong.
