Consistent Effort and Strong Finish Jose Rodriguez, a 35-year-old participant from Rex, GA, demonstrated consistency and determination at the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon. Representing Atlanta Run Club, Jose maintained an even pace throughout the race. Notably, his quickest split was between miles 1 and 2 at an 8:51 min/mile pace, while his most challenging segment came at mile 13, where he clocked a 14:21 min/mile pace. Despite this, Jose managed a steady overall pace of 10:31 min/mile. Throughout the race, Jose's placement showed minor fluctuations. His best position in the M35-39 division was 80th at the first mile marker, concluding with an overall placement of 1122 in the male category and 147 in his division. His ability to maintain a consistent pace indicates a strong foundation. Focusing on maintaining pace during the latter half of the race could further enhance his performance. Keep up the good work!
