Consistent Start, Strong Splits Before 20th Mile Strain Brad Bieganski, representing Prince George, BC, delivered an impressive initial pace at the 2025 Mesa Marathon, recording a consistent range of 7:06 to 7:31 min/mile from mile 1 to mile 12. Notably, he achieved a swift mile-four split at 6:52 min/mile. His pace gradually shifted post the 20-mile mark, averaging over 10 minutes per mile in the final stages, ultimately concluding the race with an overall elapsed time of 3:52:25, averaging an 8:52 min/mile pace.
