Consistent Improvement in Elapsed Time Joseph displayed improvement in his 10K with a finish time of 1:27:15 and an average pace of 14:04 min/mile at the 2025 Mesa Marathon. Notably, his time improved compared to last year's finish of 1:42:13. His finishing position was 1398th overall, 632nd among males, and 42nd in his age division. Analyzing the split paces, Joseph started strong with his fastest mile at 13:01 for the third split, reflecting a competitive mid-race surge. Although his pace slowed slightly during the fourth mile at 16:08, he regained momentum in the final splits. His consistent training resulted in finishing better than previous results, showing promising advancement. To continue this progression, focus on sustaining mid-race energy in future events.
