Steady Improvement with a Strong Finish Claudia Hilton displayed consistent progress at the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K. Her performance in terms of pacing was impressive as she managed to systematically improve her split times. Starting with a pace of 16:14 min/mile, Claudia consistently increased her stride, clocking an effective 14:33 min/mile in her final mile, leading to an overall pace of 15:33 min/mile. Analyzing her positioning, Claudia largely maintained steady placement across the field. Notably, she finished 19th in her age division (F65-69) among the 20 competitors. Compared to previous races, she achieved a quicker overall time than her 2024 performance and showed improvements in terms of position consistency and pacing. Continued emphasis on maintaining this steady progression will be beneficial as she advances in future races.
