Consistent Effort with Opportunities for Strategic Pacing Weston Robison demonstrated perseverance in the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K event. Starting with a strong pace of 11:00 min/mile, he completed the first split in 11:00 minutes, positioning him at 20th in his division. Gradually, his pace slowed, with the third split at 15:21 min/mile, showing an area to focus on maintaining speed. Notably, the final mile reflected renewed energy with a quicker 12:38 min/mile, which is promising for future races. Overall, Weston completed the race in 1:25:12 with an average pace of 13:44 min/mile, ranking 40th in his division among 2107 participants. Comparing to the previous year, where his pace was 12:18 min/mile, targeting steady pacing throughout will be beneficial. There is potential for improving sustained speed across all splits.
