Consistent Progress With Valuable Insights Deb Ogrady navigated the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K with an overall time of 1:56:17, maintaining an average pace of 18:45 min/mile. Her splits demonstrate consistent pacing, with a notable improvement in the final miles. Her fastest mile was the fourth, paced at 18:13 min/mile, while she closed the race with a strong 18:33 min/mile pace in the final mile. Overall, she placed 18th in the F70-74 age division, out of a substantial field of 1771 finishers. When compared to her previous performance in the 2024 Mesa Marathon 10K, where she averaged a 14:16 min/mile pace, it’s clear there is an opportunity to regain previous performance levels. Focusing on maintaining pace similar to her 2024 race can enhance future results. Remaining steady can be key in setting a new personal benchmark, especially in division and gender rankings.
