Consistent Progression and Strong Finish Sarah Manchester demonstrated a steady performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon, completing the 26.2-mile course in 3:53:15 with an overall pace of 8:54 min/mile. Impressively, her pace increased throughout the race, culminating in an 8:15 min/mile pace in the final mile. Sarah's performance positioned her at 401st among female participants and 82nd in her division (F35-39), competing against a total of 3,624 participants. Her ability to quicken her pace after the 18-mile mark shows strong endurance and race strategy. Early splits hovered around 9:21-9:34 min/mile, showing a conservative approach, which led to a more controlled speed increase from mile 12 onwards. Notably, Sarah achieved her fastest mile between miles 19 and 20, clocking a 7:58 min/mile split.
