Consistent Performance with a Strong Mid-Race Surge Andrew Bishop, age 24 from Wheatridge, CO, delivered an impressive performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon, running the 26.2-mile course in 2:55:40 with an average pace of 6:42 min/mile. Notably, his pacing was consistent with a robust middle section of the race. His splits from miles 1 to 21 remained primarily in the 6:18 to 6:56 min/mile range, showcasing his ability to maintain a steady effort throughout the majority of the marathon.
