Steady Improvement in Pacing and Rank Boyd OConnor, running for Team Time Lapse, completed the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K with an overall time of 57:07, averaging a pace of 9:12 min/mile. Throughout the race, OConnor maintained a strategic approach, notably improving his pace as the race progressed. Starting with a first-mile pace of 9:53 min/mile, he steadily increased his speed. The last split witnessed a strong pace of 8:27 min/mile, indicating effective energy management and a capability to finish strong. He consistently held a middle-of-the-pack placement, finishing 395th out of 2107 participants and 247th among males. In his division (M45-49), he secured the 26th spot.
