Steady Progress with a Late Surge Troy Hoffland maintained a fairly consistent performance throughout the 2025 Mesa Marathon half marathon event. Starting with an initial pace of 10:45 min/mile, he exhibited a steady pace reduction in the early miles, improving to 10:23 min/mile by mile five, showcasing a good strategy in pacing. The most notable improvement came at mile six with a split time of 9:28, his fastest mile, showing potential for strategic pacing in future races.
