Steady Improvements and Consistency Ciera Procopovich demonstrated consistent pacing for most of the 2025 Mesa Marathon, showcasing a solid performance in her half marathon race. Starting with a first mile pace of 10:38 min/mile, she increased her speed, hitting a peak pace of 9:21 min/mile in the third mile. Throughout the early miles, she successfully climbed in her division, moving from 130th to 145th place. In the latter part of the race, Ciera faced a slowing pace, with her pace in the final mile dropping to 11:58 min/mile. Despite this, she maintained a good level of consistency with an overall average pace of 11:16 min/mile. Her overall performance positioned her in 189th place within her division out of 3859 total participants. Continuing to fine-tune pacing in the later stages of races might help maintain the momentum built in her stronger segments. Well done, Ciera!
