Consistent Progress at the Mesa Marathon Shashvat Mariswaran showcased steady improvement in the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K event. Starting strong, he completed the first mile in 14:30 minutes, noticeably faster than his average pace. His successive mile paces showed a gradual slowdown, with the second and third miles taking 19:30 and 19:42 minutes, respectively. A highlight was the last mile, where Shashvat picked up his pace with a split time of 17:38. His overall pace was 18:39 min/mile, an improvement from his 2024 performance, where he had an average pace of 19:03 min/mile. Shashvat placed 22nd in the M15-18 division, which is an improvement compared to last year when he placed 31st. Maintaining a more even pace during the middle portion of the race could yield even better results in future events. His participation with Team Marvasha suggests strong team backing, complementing his own efforts for consistent progress.
