Consistent Effort with a Strong Start Tiara Smith, 30, from Castroville, TX, completed the 2025 Mesa Marathon with a total time of 3:31:47, averaging a pace of 8:05 min/mile. Representing the Atlanta Run Club, her pacing strategy was evident from her early splits, kicking off with a strong first mile at a 7:38 min/mile pace. Her performance peaked with a swift 7:13 min/mile on mile 4, showcasing her capability for speed and strength early on. Throughout the race, her pacing demonstrated consistency, particularly maintaining sub-8-minute miles until the latter part of the marathon.
