Steady Progress and Strong Finish in Half Marathon Diana Banta demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the 2025 Mesa Marathon, maintaining an overall pace of 16:28 min/mile, completing the half marathon in 3:35:52. Her race strategy saw a strong start with a 15:53 min/mile pace at the first mile. She managed to maintain a steady pace across the race, with her fastest split between miles 8 and 9 at 15:38 min/mile. Diana's performance placed her 164th in the F50-54 division out of a total of 3345 overall participants. Notably, she improved her position within her division in the latter part of the race, gaining positions from mile 8 through the finish.
