Steady Progress and Consistent Finish Rae Allen, representing Columbia, SC, showcased a steady run at the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K event. Maintaining a consistent pace throughout the race, Rae exhibited resilience with a final time of 1:28:51, equating to an average pace of 14:19 minutes per mile. Notably, her strongest split came in at mile 6, clocking in at an impressive 13:40 min/mile, which demonstrates her ability to push through towards the end. Positions fluctuated slightly throughout, with Rae concluding 1428th overall and 779th among females. Within her F45-49 division, she secured 74th place.
