Steady Pace with Late Consistency Challenges Jeremy Gin demonstrated a strong performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon, completing the half marathon in 2:07:30 with an average pace of 9:43 min/mile. Notably, Jeremy improved upon his previous half marathon time by over seven minutes—a significant gain in pace consistency. In the initial stages, he maintained a steady pace, beginning with a 9:50 min/mile and impressively reaching his fastest mile at 8:48 during the third split. While his performance showed strength in early splits where he consistently improved his position, later miles presented challenges. Particularly, Mile 12 marked a considerable slowdown with a 10:37 min/mile split, indicating a potential area to maintain energy distribution. Despite these hurdles, Jeremy's overall time reflects dedicated training and progress compared to his 2024 performance.
