Consistent Performance with Opportunities for Improvement Graham Boorse, 51, from Phoenix, AZ, demonstrated a steady pace at the 2025 Mesa Marathon, finishing with a time of 4:56:56 and an average pace of 11:20 min/mile. His performance placed him 111th in his age division out of 3624 participants. The initial split was at 9:39 min/mile, maintaining a consistent pace initially but showing a dip around mile 5, clocked at 11:57 min/mile, and again towards the end at mile 21 with a split of 13:53 min/mile. The early and late miles show potential areas for focus in future training. Interestingly, mile 7 was a standout with a pace of 9:38 min/mile, indicating solid mid-race momentum.
