Consistent Improvement and Strong Finish in 2025 Half Marathon Mark French delivered an impressive performance in the 2025 Mesa Marathon half marathon. Notable splits included a 4:33 min/mile at the 13th mile, showcasing a strong finishing capability. Overall, Mark maintained a steady pace between 4:49 and 5:25 min/mile across all miles. The finishing time was 1:06:17 with an average pace of 5:03 min/mile, a significant improvement from his previous race in 2023, where he completed the distance in 1:09:05 with a 5:16 min/mile pace. Ranked 9th overall, 9th among males, and 3rd in his division (M25-29), Mark's performance showed consistency and endurance. Maintaining or slightly decreasing the pace in later stages of the race could yield even better results. His interval at miles 12 and 13 stood out with quick laps, reinforcing his capacity for a strong finish. Mark's participation with CCC Elite continues to enhance his racing skills.
