Steady Pacing with Strong Finish in Half Marathon Isabelle displayed consistent pacing throughout the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon, showcasing her endurance and ability to maintain a steady effort. She completed the race in 1:42:28, averaging a pace of 7:49 min/mile over 13.1 miles. Her ability to adjust pace slightly during challenging moments, demonstrated with split times that ranged from a quick 6:57 in the final mile to 8:34 in mile 8, highlights both her resilience and strategic approach. Isabelle demonstrated her strongest performance during the final mile, clocking in at 6:57 min/mile, which helped her secure strong positioning within her division. She finished 50th out of 51 in her division of F25-29, and 219th out of 993 female participants. Throughout the race, she consistently placed around 50th in her division and made noticeable gains towards the end. For future races, maintaining the momentum seen in her later miles could prove beneficial for further improvement.
