Steady Progression with Later Stage Challenges Brennan Gentala completed the 2025 Mesa Marathon in a time of 4:25:47, maintaining an overall pace of 10:08 min/mile. Throughout the race, Brennan showed promising consistency, especially during the earlier miles, where his pace oscillated close to the mid-9-minute range, hitting a quicker split of 8:13 min/mile at mile 12. Brennan ranked 161st in his division, M19-24, among 3624 participants. In the later stages, particularly after mile 20, Brennan's pace began to decrease noticeably as splits expanded into the 11 and 12-minute range. His final split slowed to 11:58 min/mile. Focusing on maintaining stamina and speed in the latter parts of the marathon could benefit future performances. Overall, improving endurance towards the finish could help in achieving faster completion times, continuing the early race momentum. Keep up the good work, Brennan!
