Consistent Progress with a Strong Finish Carolina Graff delivered a steady performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K, completing the course with an overall time of 1:13:19. She maintained a consistent pace throughout, averaging an 11:49 min/mile. Carolina exhibited consistency across her splits, starting at an 11:38 min/mile pace and managing to finish strong with an impressive final mile split pace of 11:12 min/mile. This demonstrates potential for even faster finishes in future races. Carolina placed 518th among female participants and reached the finish line in 73rd place in her F30-34 age division out of 2107 total participants. Her progress in pacing, particularly in the last mile, indicates a solid ability to maintain energy and even accelerate as the race progressed. Working on maintaining a faster average pace across the initial miles could improve her overall time and placement in future events. Well done representing her team, "Easier Said Than Run."
