Consistent Pacing and Strong Finish Gloria Cuarezma from Atlanta delivered a consistent performance in the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K. Maintaining a steady pace, she completed the race with an elapsed time of 51:54 and an average pace of 8:22 min/mile. Her momentum was particularly notable in the final mile, where she clocked an impressive split pace of 7:53 min/mile, the fastest segment of her race. Gloria placed 4th in her division (F45-49) amidst over 2,100 participants. Her times throughout each split showed a gradual pace adjustment, but her ability to speed up by the last mile is commendable. Focusing on maintaining an even pace throughout can help improve overall performance. Staying consistent in the first few miles could enhance her final result next time.
