Consistent Performance with a Strong Finish Flor Espejo delivered a steady performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K event. Over the entire 6.2-mile course, she maintained a consistent pace, finishing with an overall pace of 20:20 min/mile. Her final time was 2:06:05, and she managed to have her fastest split in the sixth mile with a timing of 19:48 min/mile. This consistent trend in her pacing illustrates her ability to sustain her effort as the race progressed. It might be beneficial to focus on strengthening late-race endurance, given the split paces increased slightly in the middle segments before speeding up in the latter part. Ranking 67th in her division, Flor's performance as part of Team "10K for 10 years" at the event showed her commitment and determination. Working on sustaining that faster end pace throughout could further enhance future performances.
