Consistent Pacing Marks Robert's Half Marathon Performance Robert Biermann, 38, representing the Military team, completed the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon with consistent pacing, resulting in an overall finish time of 1:58:31. Maintaining an overall pace of 9:02 min/mile, Robert showcased consistency across splits, with several under 9 minutes. Notably, a strong finish was evidenced in the last mile, clocking an impressive 8:33 min/mile split. During the race, Robert's placement varied slightly, finishing 741st among males and 96th in the M35-39 division, out of a total of 3,859 participants. The ability to maintain a steady pace and improve towards the end demonstrates an effective race strategy. Further work on sustaining early pace improvements could provide beneficial results in future races, especially given the solid late-race performance. Well done, Robert, and keep up the good work!
