Consistent Progress and Strong Finish Lindsay Craghead demonstrated steady improvement throughout the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K. Starting with a 12:21 min/mile pace for the first mile, Lindsay progressively quickened her pace, ultimately finishing with a consistent 11:00 min/mile overall pace. Her most notable mile was the sixth, where she achieved her fastest split of 9:49 min/mile, ranking 837th overall in an event with 2,107 participants. Improvement can be seen as Lindsay advanced from 73rd to 77th in her division (F35-39) by the end of the race. She consistently moved up the ranks, finishing as the 390th female. Continued focus on pace management could further enhance results, possibly benefitting from integrating more speed work into training sessions. Her performance underlines her determination, especially with the impressive decrease in split times during the later stages of the race.
