Consistent Performance with a Strong Finish Abigail Rucshner demonstrated consistent pacing during the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K race. Beginning with an 11:29 min/mile pace at mile 1, her endurance was evident as she maintained a steady rhythm, concluding with a slightly faster pace of 11:38 min/mile at mile 6. Her overall elapsed time was 1:13:06, resulting in an average pace of 11:47 min/mile. Throughout the race, Abigail’s placings shifted slightly among her gender and age division. She started 40th in the F19-24 division and completed the race in 55th place within the same category. Notably, she improved her split pace in the final mile. Focusing on pacing techniques in the middle section could help to enhance her position further in future events. Overall, as a part of "Rucshner's" team, her steady performance contributed positively to her running experience.
