Consistent Effort & Strong Finish Kota Kimura, representing the Japanese Running Club, completed the 2025 Mesa Marathon with a time of 3:24:17, averaging a pace of 7:47 min/mile. Kimura maintained a consistent performance throughout, with most splits closely aligned with his overall average pace. Noteworthy is his final mile split of 7:34 min/mile, demonstrating his ability to finish strong. His placement of 83rd in the M35-39 division among 3624 participants highlights his competitive edge. Kimura’s standout segment was between mile 19 and 20, where he showcased a faster pace of 7:15 min/mile, a split that indicates considerable potential for pacing development in future races.
