Strong Finish with Progressive Pacing Tasha-Mae Nicholas delivered a commendable performance at the 2025 Mesa Marathon 10K. Over the 6.2-mile course, she demonstrated consistent improvement in her pacing. She started with a pace of 19:22 min/mile and consistently decreased her pace across each subsequent mile. Her fastest pace was during the final split at 13:22 min/mile, which is impressive progression. Overall, she completed the event with an elapsed time of 1:38:35 and an average pace of 15:54 min/mile.
