Consistent Performance with a Personal Best Achieved Ashlee Evans, a 37-year-old athlete from Washington, participated in the 2025 Mesa Marathon, completing the half marathon with a total time of 2:38:32 and an average pace of 12:06 min/mile. Notably, this performance resulted in a personal best compared to her previous half marathon in 2022, where she clocked 2:47:46. Over the 13.1 miles, Ashlee showed a steady pace with her quickest mile at 10:53. She steadily maintained her form, with some fluctuations in pace, such as her 12:54 during mile 7. Throughout the race, Ashlee's highest placing in her division F35-39 was 108th, achieved in the first mile. She was able to demonstrate resilience by maintaining a consistent pace and improving her overall placement throughout the different segments of the race. To further enhance her performance, focusing on maintaining consistent split times and tackling gradual deceleration in later miles could yield even greater results in future events.
