Strong Finish with Steady Pace Carter White completed the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon with an impressive total time of 1:25:35, maintaining a solid average pace of 6:32 minutes per mile. Starting strong, Carter covered the first mile in 6:24 and consistently delivered a similar intensity throughout, clocking in a swift final mile split at 5:49. His ability to maintain a competitive pace was evident as he moved up in placement, finishing 192nd overall out of 3,859 participants. In terms of division ranking, Carter stood 27th in the M25-29 age group and 134th among all male participants. Notably, he demonstrated commendable consistency with his pacing during the middle portions of the race, particularly between miles 5 and 9 where he hovered closely around a 6:30-6:34 min/mile pace. Analyzing the race data, focusing on maintaining steady mid-race pacing could potentially enhance future performances even further. Well done, Carter!
