Consistent Performance with Strategic Splits Darren Hoapili maintained a consistent pace throughout the 2025 Mesa Marathon, starting off strong with a 9:43 min/mile pace in the first mile. After ten miles, the pace held around the low 10-minute mark, demonstrating effective pace management. Notably, the early miles showed several sub-10 minute paces, with a remarkable 8:59 min/mile during the seventh mile, before he settled back into a steady range, maintaining endurance over the entire distance.
