Consistent Splits with a Strong Finish Taylor Slaughter, running for Team Half & Hyped, completed the 2025 Mesa Marathon's Half Marathon event with a final time of 2:30:50 and an overall pace of 11:30 min/mile. An interesting aspect of her race was the noticeable fluctuation in her splits, ranging from an impressive 10:19 min/mile for the third mile to a slower 13:04 min/mile on the eighth mile. Despite these variations, her overall pacing remains commendably consistent. Throughout the race, Taylor showed resilience in her placement, finishing 1289th in her gender category and 192nd within her age division out of a total of 3859 participants.
