Consistent Pacing and Steady Performance Karina Ramos completed the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon with an overall time of 2:03:12, maintaining a commendable pace of 9:24 min/mile throughout the 13.1-mile course. Among her splits, she had her fastest mile at 8:48 min/mile during mile 3, demonstrating her ability to pick up the pace effectively. Her overall consistency was notable, as she finished 1535th overall out of 3859 participants.
