Steady Performance with a Strong Finish Paul Seale demonstrated consistent pacing throughout the 2025 Mesa Marathon Half Marathon. His overall time of 1:35:55, with an impressive average pace of 7:19 min/mile, placed him 18th in the M50-54 division. Paul showed particular strength in the middle portion of the race, recording his fastest mile at 6:42 during the third mile. Although there were a few miles with slower splits, including an 8:00 mile at the ninth mile, Paul maintained a solid performance, finishing strong with a 6:55 for mile 13. Paul's performance continues to be consistent with his past results. Compared to previous races, such as the 2023 Mesa Marathon 10K where he maintained an impressive 6:55 min/mile pace, or the 2024 Mesa Marathon at an 8:56 min/mile pace, his half marathon effort sits nicely in between. Analyzing his splits, focusing on maintaining the strong paces shown in miles three and six could enhance future results.
